The site you're reading is a custom, hand-built site. It scores 100 on Lighthouse and passes Core Web Vitals - and you don't have to take our word for it. Run this page through PageSpeed Insights or Chrome DevTools and read the numbers. Most agencies can't show you that, because performance is our default, not an upsell.

What's included in a custom web development project?
Everything it takes to design, build, launch and measure a fast website or web app. A typical build covers:
Custom marketing & corporate sites
Designed and built for your brand and conversions, never a bought template.
Web apps & SaaS products
Authentication, dashboards, databases and APIs - the core of your product, shipped and measured.
Headless & traditional CMS
Sanity, Strapi, Contentful or WordPress, so your team edits content without breaking the design.
E-commerce
Shopify, WooCommerce or custom commerce, with a performance-tuned product page and checkout.
Replatforming & migrations
Move off a slow template or legacy CMS to a faster stack, preserving your SEO with proper redirects.
Perfect-Lighthouse performance
A top Lighthouse score and green Core Web Vitals as the baseline, not a paid add-on.
SEO, schema & AI-search readiness
Clean information architecture, structured data and AEO/GEO built in from day one.
Accessibility considered on every screen
WCAG-minded markup and contrast so more people can actually use what we build.
Analytics & a clean handover
Conversion tracking wired up, plus code and content you fully own at the end.
Where we're not the right fit
We deliberately take on a limited number of projects at a time, so each gets senior attention. If you need a rushed 50-page content dump by next week, or a logo-only rebrand with no build, we'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere better. We're at our best on custom web and web-app builds - from a startup's first site to an established team's replatform - where performance and a clear fixed price matter.
Pairs well with mobile app development, UI/UX design & branding, AI development, digital marketing and website care plans.

Published fixed prices
No quote wall - you see a starting price here, and a fixed price before we begin.
A paid discovery that credits back
A short, paid discovery locks scope and price, then credits toward your build.
One senior team, direct
You work with the people building your product, never an account manager or handoff.
Prices in USD. Ongoing care plans from $100/month. See full package details and add-ons on our transparent pricing page.
Smaller scope or a lighter build? We scope honestly and start small - tell us what you have in mind and we'll shape it to your budget.
Tell us your budgetHow a fixed-scope web project actually runs
Weekly demos, clear milestones and a fixed price agreed up front - most sites go from kickoff to live in 2-6 weeks, web-app MVPs in 6-10.
Discovery
2-3 daysA written scope, the recommended stack, and a fixed quote you approve before any build starts.
Design
1-2 weeksKey pages designed and signed off, so nothing is a surprise at build.
Build
2-4 weeksA working site on a staging URL you can click through, demoed weekly.
Launch
2-3 daysA live site with real Core Web Vitals measured, plus code you own.
Care
OngoingAn optional care plan from $100/month - only if you want it.
One stack doesn't fit every project
We're stack-agnostic and pick the right tool for the job - a fast marketing site, a content platform, an ecommerce store and a data-heavy web app each call for different technology. Here's what we build with, and where to go deeper on each.
Front-end & frameworks
Back-end & web apps
CMS & content
E-commerce
Custom commerce
A fully bespoke checkout on your own back end.
Not sure which stack fits? That's what discovery is for - we recommend the right tool for your project, timeline and budget, then you approve it before we build.

Six things you can check, not adjectives you have to trust.
Stack-agnostic, not stack-locked
We recommend the technology that fits your project and budget, not the one we happen to sell.
Perfect Core Web Vitals as standard
A top Lighthouse score is the baseline on every build, not a paid upgrade.

Schema, clean information architecture and AEO/GEO readiness are built in, not retrofitted later.
A CMS your team can actually edit
Update content and pages yourself, without a developer and without breaking the layout.
Senior people, direct
You work directly with the senior people building your product - a registered company since 2016, not an account manager or a queue.
A custom build vs the alternatives
Site builders are cheap but you outgrow them. Freelancers are a gamble on one person. Premium agencies cost a fortune and hide the price. Here's where a custom fixed-price build sits.
| Website builder | Freelancer / offshore | Premium agency | Intention InfoService | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All-in cost | Cheap monthly, costly to outgrow | Low, but variable | $50k+, behind a quote | Published fixed prices |
| Custom to your brand | Templates, limited | Varies by person | Fully custom | Fully custom, conversion-focused |
| Technology choice | One locked platform | Whatever they know | Their house stack | Right stack for the job - WordPress to Next.js |
| Performance proof | Often slow and bloated | Rarely measured | Case studies, rarely live | Live Lighthouse + Core Web Vitals |
| Who builds & supports it | You do | One person, key-person risk | Senior team, US rates | A small senior team, direct |
| Typical timeline | Your spare hours | Variable | Months | 2-6 weeks |
| You own the code | Locked to the platform | Usually | Yes | Yes - code and content |
The short version: a fully custom, high-performance build with the price published up front and the numbers to prove it - shipped in weeks, and yours to keep.
Web development, answered
What's included in a custom web development project?
A typical build includes UI/UX design, custom development, a headless or traditional CMS, SEO and schema, analytics, and a tested launch. You get code and content you fully own. E-commerce, web-app features like auth and dashboards, and AI add-ons are scoped in when you need them.
How much does a custom website or web app cost?
Intention InfoService publishes fixed starting prices: a single-page site from $300, a multi-page site from $1,500, a lead-focused site from $4,000, e-commerce from $7,000, and web-app MVPs from $12,000. The final number depends on scope, but you always agree a fixed price after a short discovery, before any build begins - never open-ended hourly billing.
Do you take on smaller projects or tighter budgets?
Yes. Alongside our published packages, we take on smaller single-page and starter builds. There's no minimum you need to hit to talk to us - tell us your scope and budget and we'll shape an honest fixed price that fits, or say so honestly if we're not the right fit.
What technology stack do you use to build a website?
We're stack-agnostic and pick the right tool per project - Next.js, React or Astro on the front end; WordPress, Laravel, Django, Node or Java on the back end; Shopify or custom for commerce. In discovery we recommend the stack that best fits your goals, timeline and budget, then you approve it before we build.
What is the difference between web design and web development?
Web design is how a site looks, feels and flows - layout, branding, UX and accessibility. Web development is the engineering that makes it work - the code, CMS, integrations and performance. A full-service company like Intention InfoService does both, so design and build stay in sync from day one.
What is the difference between a website and a web application?
A website mainly presents information - pages a visitor reads, like a marketing or corporate site. A web application is interactive software in the browser - logins, dashboards, data and workflows, like a SaaS product or a customer portal. We build both, and often a mix of the two.
Do I own the code and design when the project is done?
Yes. You own the code, the design and the content outright, with no platform lock-in and no ongoing license to us. We hand over the repository and CMS access at launch, so you can host it anywhere and hire anyone to work on it later.
Can you redesign or rebuild my existing website?
Yes. We start with a short audit of your current site's performance, SEO and content, then rebuild it on a modern stack - usually migrating your content and preserving search rankings with proper redirects. One of our published case studies is exactly this: a slow WordPress site rebuilt on Next.js, with its search footing carried across rather than reset.
Is a small team a risk for my project?
For most businesses it's the opposite. You work directly with the senior people building your product, not an account manager or a rotating offshore team. Intention InfoService has been a registered company since 2016 and deliberately takes on a limited number of projects at a time, so yours gets real attention.
What do you need from me during the project?
Less than you'd expect. After discovery we run on weekly demos, so you review progress in about an hour a week. We handle the design, engineering and technical decisions; you provide brand assets and content, or the people who have them, plus timely sign-off at each milestone.
Do you really work to a fixed price, or does it change?
The price is fixed once scope is agreed in discovery, and it doesn't move unless you ask to add work. If you want to expand scope mid-project we quote that change separately and you approve it first, so there are no surprise invoices at the end.
What happens after launch - do you offer support?
Every site is handed over stable and documented, and you can add an optional care plan from $100 a month for hosting, security updates, monitoring and small changes. There's no lock-in: the care plan is there if you want it, not a requirement to launch.
How do you make a website fast and SEO-ready?
We choose a stack suited to your project, ship minimal code, optimize images and fonts, and add structured data and clean information architecture from the start. That's why this page passes Core Web Vitals - and you can verify the scores yourself on PageSpeed Insights.
Which regions and industries do you build for?
Intention InfoService works with startups, SMBs and enterprises across the US, UK, UAE, Europe and India, with overlapping hours, weekly demos and quotes in USD. We're not tied to one sector - the work is custom web and web-app development, and the vertical shapes the requirements rather than the stack. Our industry pages set out what we understand about each one.
